The media format is DVD-R, please make sure your DVD player supports this format. While I have checked this DVD in many types of players, I cannot guarantee it will work in all players. If my DVD does not work in your player, you may return the original DVD for a refund. You must return the DVD within 30 days of the purchase date and the DVD must be in the same condition as it was provided. There will be no refunds for broken DVDs, only exchanges. No refunds or exchanges for scratched DVDs, I hand package them all and wont send out any with scratches. You may also request an exchange for a media format that will work with your player, provided the required media is readily available to me or you provide it. Exchanges will be considered on a case by case situation. I reserve the right to update these terms as needed without any notification.
