'93 900RR Project
Engine
Engine and Frame. I have new case covers that I had powdercoated to to replace the scratched up ones.
To make the '98VFR 800 SSSA fit, I had to shave down this end around 3/4", not sure exactly. I did not have access to a machine shop, so I kept taking a little off until I had close to the same clearance as the stock swing arm did. You must pop out the dust seal and bearings before this is done. There are 2 bearing races and one will not be put back in. To do this right you should have a machine shop also bore out the inside so both bearings will fit back in. I plan on doing this later, but this is a quick put together :).
For a temporary axle spacer, I took the spacer from the stock swingarm, which is the dull finish long spacer you see and the shiney one is also from the stock swingarm and the axle is stock.
